How long does it take to receive my order once placed?
Orders are usually shipped out between 24-72 Hours. If cabinet assembly is required, it will be longer, and we can only confirm a lead time on a per order basis.
How do I place my order?
If it's your first time placing an order with us, please call us directly so we can get you started. Or you can send us a request by filling out our contact form on the Contact Us Page. For returning customers, fax or email your completed order forms and we will contact you to confirm your order.
What if I want to cancel my order?
All order cancellations Must be submitted in writing. Cancellations of pieces or complete orders are subjected to a 25% re-stocking charge. If products are damaged, used or assembled, they cannot be returned.
Does SEKD offer marketing support?
Literature and additional forms are available upon request. Door samples are available for all lines, please contact us if you would like more information.
